  Staff usually get your order wrong no matter how simple it is. They are not usually friendly either. Hardly comfortable booths to sit at. It is mostly coffee bar seating and the air temperature is too chilly so that you hurry out the door rather than sit and enjoy your food.

  Waited 6 minutes with one car ahead. Then, they got that persons order wrong.....I ordered at Big Mac, fries n coke, the #1 value meal......2 coffees. The Big Mac was not hot, the bread was stale. The fries were not hot and tasted nasty like old grease. The 2 coffees were lukewarm at best. Very strong. The Whole experience was horrible.
  Whoever owns this franchise needs to fire current staff and managers and hire people who give a damn about their job.
  Oh. I called to complain at 6:40 and no one would answer the phone.
